Mould Design and making is made of proper material and dimension suitable to the characteristics of the products required by the customers.1

This is a process of mixing powder materials to get requiring physical, mechanical and chemical properties in the parts.

This is a process that the mixed powder is fed into a precision die to get sufficient strength with ressure of 3~7ton/§¨.

This is a process of transforming the compacted object into sintering furance. The object is heated to below the melting point in order to get properly sintered.

Sizing is a process of getting required size specification and Coining is a process of getting required density specification. Post-treatment is processes of repressing, impregnating, machining, tumbling, plating and heat-treating in order to get the requiring mechanical characteristcs on the products.

Precise inspection is carried out throughout the whole processes of production. Final inspection for the finished products are checked by adequate accurate inspection equipments.

Finished prodcts are quaranteed for the required cherecteristics and specification.
